Order ahead · Collect on the day

How ordering works

Nothing here is baked ahead and kept on a shelf. Everything is made to order for a weekly restock, and this is the whole process from choosing a day to collecting your bag.

  1. 1

    Choose your restock

Every order starts with picking which day you're collecting on. Each one shows its own cut-off, and a day that's closed or sold out stays on the list rather than disappearing, so you can see what's coming next.

  2. 2

    Pick your flavours

What's on offer is specific to that day's bake. Something already sold out stays listed too — the week's bake is never a mystery, even once a flavour has gone.

  3. 3

    Order before the cut-off

Ordering closes a few days ahead of the bake, so we know what to make and how much of it. Once it closes, that's the batch — nothing is added to it afterwards.

  4. 4

    Collect on the day

Come and get it, and show your reference or the code from your confirmation email — or just give your name. It'll have been baked fresh for that restock, not sitting on a shelf waiting for you.

Good to know

  • One batch, not a shelf

Nothing is baked ahead of an order. What's ordered by the cut-off is what gets made.

  • You'll need an account

Only at the point of ordering, so we know whose order is whose and can tell you when it's ready.

  • Orders can't be changed online

Once it's placed, the kitchen has started planning around it. Give us a ring with your reference if something needs to change.

  • Allergens on every product

What's in it, and what it may contain, is listed on every product page — not just this one.

Questions

Can I change or cancel my order?
Not from the website — once it's placed we've started planning the bake around it. Give us a ring with your reference and we'll sort it out.
What happens if something sells out before I order?
It stays on the list without a way to add it, rather than vanishing, so the week's bake is never a mystery about what was actually on offer.
What if I can't make the collection day?
Get in touch before the day if you can. An order that isn't collected is marked as such rather than quietly disappearing — it's still worth a call either way.
How do I pay?
In person, when you collect — there's nothing to pay online. Just show your reference or code at the counter.
