I stuff this thick cookie puck with a molten pocket of Biscoff spread, then crown it with a whole speculoos biscuit. Break it open while it's warm and you get gooey caramelized cinnamon spilling everywhere. Messy, sweet, and worth every napkin!
This is made fresh for each restock rather than kept in stock. Ordering closes a few days before the bake, and you collect it on the day it comes out of the oven.
