These Cookie Pucks are my take on the classic Cherry Bakewell tart, baked into a thick, chewy cookie. I've packed them with glacé cherries and white chocolate chips and almond extract so you get that lovely combination of flavours in every bite.
This is made fresh for each restock rather than kept in stock. Ordering closes a few days before the bake, and you collect it on the day it comes out of the oven.
