Thick and impossibly soft, this one hides a ribbon of pistachio cream right in the middle. The dough is buttery with toasted pistachio folded through, and it goes all gooey the second you break it open. I top each one with chopped pistachios for a little crunch!
This is made fresh for each restock rather than kept in stock. Ordering closes a few days before the bake, and you collect it on the day it comes out of the oven.
