Thick, deep-crimson cookie with a soft, cocoa-kissed crumb and puddles of white chocolate melted right through. It's fudgy in the middle, just barely set at the edges, and tastes like red velvet cake that skipped the fork. I keep one aside for myself every time!
This is made fresh for each restock rather than kept in stock. Ordering closes a few days before the bake, and you collect it on the day it comes out of the oven.
