Thick and golden, with a molten caramel centre that oozes the second you break it open. I finish each one with a pinch of flaky sea salt, so every bite goes sweet, then buttery, then just a little salty. Warm it up and the caramel goes properly gooey!
This is made fresh for each restock rather than kept in stock. Ordering closes a few days before the bake, and you collect it on the day it comes out of the oven.
