I stuff this one with chunks of Twix, so you get buttery shortbread and caramel tucked into a thick, gooey cookie. The top goes craggy and golden, with little ribbons of caramel peeking through. Warm it up and the middle turns properly melty!
This is made fresh for each restock rather than kept in stock. Ordering closes a few days before the bake, and you collect it on the day it comes out of the oven.
